NMR Intercontinental Limited Vacancies: HR Manager, HR Assistant and Internal Process Manager

NMR Intercontinental Limited is a diversified engineering products, services and solutions company that emerged from the unbundling of the businesses of NEAT APPROACH INVESTMENT LIMITED. NMR Intercontinental Limited was formed as a holding company to co-ordinate the businesses of the three new strategic business units that were created from the unbundling exercise.

NMR Intercontinental Limited is recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:

1.) HR Manager

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations, preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
• AGE: 30-35

2.) HR Assistant

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor Degree is required in any field with 2 years of general business experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
• AGE: 25-30 years

3.) Internal Process Manager

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other discipline
• ISO 9001:2008 lead Auditors Certification is a must.
• 2+ years prior experience in system auditing and related position.
• AGE: 30-35 years
