We are currently recruiting for the Position of:

Job Title: Officer - Building and Fabrication

Location: Lagos
Reporting To: Supervisor - Technical Coordination (Projects)

Objectives
To carry out infrastructure maintenance for all the company building infrastructures

Responsibilities

• Carries out infrastructure maintenance for all the company building infrastructures with the help of the fitters
• Carries out building/fabrication design and implementation for new constructions and modifications of the existing ones
• Carries out period assessment of all the company building infrastructures and make report for better management decision
• Liaise with the contractors to ensures that jobs contracted are done to the required standards
• Ensures that the contractors and the fitters are working in line with the company safety rules and standards.
• Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
• Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• OND in Civil engineering or Building Technology
• 3 years relevant experience in construction and structural Engineering
• Proficiency in building softwares like AUTOCAD
• Proficient at the use of basic computer softwares
• Proficient at the use of basic computer softwares
