A reputable and equal opportunity organisation based in Lekki area of Lagos is seeking to hire and engage the services of experienced and qualified personnel to fill its available position.
Position: Customer Service Executive
Qualifications
First degree in Social/Management Sciences or Humanities or any other related discipline.
Possession of MBA will be an added advantage. Other attributes will include but not limited:
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite with the ability to perform enhanced communication services
Good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication, organizational skills and must be able to be multi-tasking
Must possess leadership qualities with good sense of judgment, self confidence and customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly and effectively and work with little or no supervision and flexible to schedules/demand
Must be presentable, honest, proactive, patient, good record keeping qualities, security conscious and cope with dead lines
Age: 30-35 years and preferably Male
Experience: 1 - 3 years
