This is absolute ignorance of an elevated degree. Sir, how do you xpect an average nigerian employeable graduate to be less than 25yrs, considering the rigorouse educational/ underdeveloping currupting nature of this miss guided nation. Well i understand you are: if not ignorant of your business environment then, an element of a biodegradable sewage which await it ultimate degradation. EAT UR JOB .Hahahahaha!.

If the age of your graduate trainees should not be above 25 for Nigeria, then things must be getting better. How old were u when you graduated from school and what was the average number of times most Nigerian Universities went on strike last year? I believe all those should be put into account.
