Job Title: Chief Quantity Surveyor

Qualification and Experience
The right Candidate for the job must possess:

• At least a good Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, not below Second Class Lower Division from a recognized institution;
• Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies;
• Ability to perform within the University System;
• At least 12 years post-qualification cognate experience in a reputable Institution or organization;
• A good and practical knowledge of Computer applications.

Requirements
The Right Candidate:

• The right candidates for this position must have verifiable track record of competence, responsiveness, demonstrable integrity and transparency, ability to work in a team and be able to function with minimum supervision.
• In addition, the preferred candidates must possess excellent communication skills, and be in good health to be able to sustain the demands of the office.

Conditions of Service

• The conditions attached to the position are as generally applicable in the Nigerian University System, the Public Service of Nigeria and as may, from time to time, be determined by the University Governing Council.
• The appointment shall be on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the letter of appointment.

Remuneration
CONTISS 13 (N1,456,399.00 - N1,919, 655.00) P.A.
