A leading Learning Development Institution Situated in Ibadan, South West of Nigeria requires for immediate employment the following Senior Management Staff.

1.) General Manager (Business Development)

Applicants for this position should possess

• Minimum of Second Class Upper first degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of one Masters degree in relevant field
• Possession PhD would be an added advantage
• Minimum of twenty years post-first degree cognate experience, five of which must be at senior management level
• Track record in Learning Performance Management
• Capacity to sustainably deliver on set organizational goals and targets
• Capacity for efficient and effective management of Organization Resources
• Leadership, Innovative and Creative skills
• Good Personality and be Computer Literate
• Strong Writing and Communication Skills.

2.) General Managers (Marketing) Locations: North & South
In addition to the requirements listed above, applicants for the marketing position should he:

• Good knowledge of the six Geo-Political zones in Nigeria
• Ability to speak more than one Nigerian Language would be an added advantage.
