Megalectrics Limited - We are a reputable and wholly owned indigenous broadcast company with headquarters in Lagos (Operators of The Beat, Naija and Classic FM Radio group).

We currently recruiting for the position below in our Port Harcourt Station:

Job Title: Web Content Developer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Descriptions

The website content administrator will generate ideas for creating compelling and multimedia content.
Manage and produce content in order to increase traffic to the website and ensure online news and data is kept up to date.
Generating ideas for creating compelling content and providing the website with appropriate content including, blogs, images and news as required, whilst also ensuring all content produced is search engine friendly and that all opportunities for natural search are maximized.
He/she will also oversee user generated content.
The candidate will produce interactive content and develop engaging ways to display research.
Ensure content is produced daily, delivered on time and that all copy is sharply focused, interesting, jargon free, clear, and well structured and SEO friendly.
Responsible for creating stories and multimedia content that attracts high levels of traffic.
Has excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job.
Adhere strictly to rules and procedures as set by management.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and passionate individual, who has passion for radio. Candidates must possess a minimum of university degree with at least 2 years relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Must have technology skills
Good communication and people skills.
Proficient in the use of MS. Excel, Word, and PowerPoints.
Discretion with confidential information.
Team-working, team-bonding ability.
