Petroleum Technology Development Fund - This is to inform all applicants for the 2012/2013 PTDF Local Scholarship for both Undergraduate and Masters category from the following upgraded Federal Universities, that the aptitude test for the selection of the award of recipients will be conducted on the 7th of July, 2012 at 9.00a.m. The tests will be conducted in thirteen (13) centres nationwide. Pls n pls,my school is included,I really want to b part of dis,a day to d close of d application I search d whole Lagos banks even to d headQ's of First bank d bank that's suppose to sell d cards,but was told its finished,am a second degree graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University,will like to further n do my Phd, pls I need to know whats happening, if I can just go to d center for aptitude test. tanks.

I hold a PGD in Remote Sensing & GIS from the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academic, 42yrs old, an applicant.
I will like to access your scholrship but yourr conditions of an MSC should be below 30yrs of age. How do the poor progress considering the number of years wasted at home because of lack of funds?
