Federal College of Education (Technical) , Delta State invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the below position which will become vacant soon:

Job Title:  Registrar

Duties

• The Registrar is responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day administration of the College.
• He/She shall also, by virtue of the office, be the Secretary to the Council, the Academic Board and other Statutory Committees.

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a good honours degree from a recognized institution of higher learning plus at least 17 (seventeen) years cognate experience, or a Masters degree plus at least 15 (fifteen) years cognate experience, or Doctorate degree plus at least 12 (twelve) years cognate experience, preferably in institutions of higher learning.
• In addition, the candidate must be ICT compliant and must show evidence.
• The candidate must also not be below the rank of Deputy Registrar in a College of Education system or similar institution of higher learning.

Basic Salary
CONTEDISS 15.

Condition of Service
The position attracts fringe and other benefits generally applicable to similar positions in Federal Colleges of Education.

Tenure of Office
The Registrar shall hold office for a period of five(5) years from the effective date of appointment and may be re-appointed for a further period of five (5) years and no more.
