Huawei Technologies Nigeria is recruiting for C/W Radio Network Planning and Optimization Senior Engineer.

Job Title: C/W Radio Network Planning and Optimization  Engineer

Ref: TSD/NTS/NTS/01/2010

Primary Work Location: Lagos

 Responsibilities:

• Writing, debugging and implementation of Configuration / NBR scripts
• In-depth drive test log analysis and high level solution recommendation          
• CDMA/Wimax Network troubleshooting  analysis and problem resolution               
• Customer support for Network bottleneck resolution
• High level in-depth performance analysis and
• SupervisionofSBC/Field Engineers

Requirements/ Experience

• The candidate must have at least 8 years Telecoms experience and at least 5 years experience in CDMA/ Wimax RF planning & optimization with at least 3 years experience in RF planning, & optimization of Huawei'sequipments      
• An ambitious self starter with outstanding communication and customer relations management skills       .
• A result oriented, strategic thinker with proven track record    
• Familiar with the CDMA/Wimax Network in Nigeria
•  Bachelors Degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science or relevant Engineering major.

General Requirements for the position

• Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is oHop-priority.
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or telecommunications Engineering orrelevantDegree as applicable
• Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently.
• Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Applicants should be open to leaming new skills and technology Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
• Must be ready for intemational project to the other African countries.
