Elbeo Limited - Our client, a leading Agro-allied group of companies in Nigeria, requires the services of dynamic self motivated and result oriented candidates for the under listed position, as a result of its strategic market expansion:

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Food Products)

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
The right candidate for this position will perform the following functions:

Conduct periodic research to come up with conversion, growth and retention strategies.
Responsible for periodic market research to gain general insights on market preferences and consumer behavior
Collaborate with regional sales heads to understand their needs and tailor region specific marketing initiates to deliver sales objectives per region and by extension for total company.
Develop and implement tactical sales plans for growing new business and expand current business.
Ensure improved market share and profitable growth

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities and Experience

Minimum B.Sc or HND, preferably in a Business discipline.
Should have a marketing background or work experience on notable brands.
At least 4-5 years work experience .
Must be a good team player and be wining to travel nationwide.
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals and to resolve practical problems.
Must have basic selling skills,
Must be able to create and maintain relationship with clients
Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability
Strong execution skill and capacity to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work.
Previous research, analysis or project review experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office software.
