Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Ref: NMT/N/FDO

Job Description

• Collect, sort , distribute information or prepare mail messages for courier deliveries
• Analyze data to determine response to enquiries about the company, its products and service
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationship with others and maintain interpersonal relationship

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Mass Communication or related discipline with 5 years progressive works experience in similar capacity wit h structured environment
• Higher qualifications and membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
