Good morning, may I start by saying I appreaciate and respect your bank of all banks in nigeria because you have never been a disappointment even though some people will still have some times to complain about, many of us know you are doing just well. But my question is why do you people reject 3rd class candidate? Have you tested the person with a 3rd class and see if he or she will not perform and move your organise higher. How many of this 1st class,2nd class actually work for this result? Do u know that some people could have just been a victim of this 3rd class just because a lecture is d cause.I,for instance knows that my result would have been atleast a 2-2 if I had agreed to sleep with my lecturer but I fail to do that and am holding a 3rd class. Please don't make every holder of a 3rd irrelevant. You have never tested and see what they are capable of doing. All that glitter is not gold. If you have the opportunity, then reduce the joblessness in nigeria by accepting our result and see what we can do. Thank you and GOD bless

Philip,Your issue we know I̶̲̥̅̊s̶̲̥̅̊ rampant I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ Nigerian govt schools but please while U̶̲̥̅̊ are making your point don't say that 2.1 and 1.1 didn't work for it. That I̶̲̥̅̊s̶̲̥̅̊ really not a wise thing to say except they sell grades I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ your school. My dear, I worked for my grade by God's grace and I got what I deserved. Try getting a degree that 3rd class go for . Jڪτ̲̅ try to make a life out of ur grade without complaining. I am sure God will open doors for you. I have heard testimonies of 3rd class that are more successful than first class. Hang on God tight.

I just have to commend the adopted corporate ethics, culture and tradition imbibed by your organization, which has earned her an outstanding excellent service delivery to both the shareholders through improvement on deserved dividend on their investment and modern/robust technology that describes your excellent service delivery.I have HND Upper credit in Business Admin&Mgt about 10 years ago with MBA-Marketing option with various professional certificates,I have severally applied as an experienced investment banker in share registration yet I was not given a space for consideration!I quite felt insomnia when I began to wonder, what could have caused my this rejection whenever I applied,I guessed it could be Bsc/HND dichotomy but I do still make a bold to inquire why I was not called for interview at all!

use what u have to get what u dont have. if u cant beat them join them. i refer to someone who said she had 3rd class because she failed to sleep with her lecturer. that is baseless accusation. now u're regretting.generally 3rd class graduate is intelligent. not lecturer that failed u.it was u who don't read ur books. u have many lecturers who lectured how can all of them tried to sleep with u.

See what job hunting has caused. My dear philip don't you ever say people with good grade never worked for it. You did more than 80credit load and you made below 2.4, putting the blame of your innocent lecturer. Did all asked u to sleep with them? Only an unethical lecturer will fail one for passing vividly in a course. Perhaps, u did not pass and went to beg. If you had done well there will be no room for begging to pass and there would had been no room for asking you to sleep with them.. Forget about the grade and see yourself as being beaten once... It is not all about the grade

lol.... @ Did all your lecturers try and sleep with u? It's true sef, afterall most lecturers don't take more than 2 or 3 courses and you had opportunity to do well in other courses as well. Or did those ones try to sleep with you too? What is the name of your school. A lecturer can hold you back a year. Maybe two. But if you were studious in school you won't end up with a 3rd class. Maybe a 2.1. Plss come up with anoda argument

I can smell the sign of incompetence among some applicants, after reaping what u saw, u put d blame on ur lecturer why? What has worth is worth paying 4. The credibility of a man is not in what he has but it is in how he longs to have it. So dear 3rd or 1st doesnt matter, keep on moving sky will be ur limit. A winner never quit while a quitter will never win. GOD IS MY STRENGHT

It is only in Nigeria that people emphasise on Grades for Jobs rather than training.if one went to the university and in all sincerity made a 3rd class does that make the person a failure?the certificate reads 3rd Class Honours.it is an honours and mind you no one honours Failure!! lets come out of our Ignorance and face Reality...you went to the University to acquire Knowlegde your certificate doesnt imply the level of Knowlegde you got!!

Please, where is application link as the one provided does not open such? As for 3rd class issue, I would say that your 1st class, 2nd class upper or lower, 3rd class, or even pass starts from your very 1st semester in higher institution. You must have studied well to merit a GPA of 3.55 at least per semester while in school. It is shameful that some undergraduates don't know how to calculate their CGPA even after their graduation. How would they know their status while they were in year 1, 2, 3, or 4 to know if they actually neeed to improve upon their studies? Every lecturer cannot fail student. Even if one failed you or gives u poor grade, you can always make up with other courses for the semester. Its all about calculating your CGPA when you are in yr 2, 3, and 4 so that if you need to add more effort, you do so. However, there are 3rd class graduates who are excelling in their jobs, if one cannot find one, its not the person's time yet. Keep trying, trying, trying till you get one. Or, your talent might not be in acquiring job. Your talent might be an enterpreneur. So, look inwards......
