Job Title: Cabin Services Executive

Reports To: Manager, Flight Operations
Function: Flight Operations
Sub Function: Customer Service
Location: Lagos

Purpose Statement:
To strategically lead and develop the cabin services team to ensure the delivery of a consistent and enviable service.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the Human Resource Department in ensuring the selection and recruitment of suitably qualified candidates as Cabin Crew.
• Coordinate cabin crew activities; supervise the roistering of cabin crew for monthly flight schedule, ensure all appropriate and check forms are available.
• Process incident reports and any irregularities; recommend remedial actions with nominated post holders concerned.
• Recommend to management through the HR department to call a hearing when such actions seem appropriate and cooperate in the resulting investigation.
• Ensure the planning and monitoring of flight catering services with the catering unit,
• Select instructors for Cabin Department in cooperation with Head of Training and the HR Department.
• Cooperate with Technical department in regards to cabin related issues such as safety equipment and the improvement of technical installations in the cabin to increase safety and comfort. Standardization & Enforcement
• Ensure that all company, national and international requirements for flight safety are met and cabin crews are trained to meet such requirements; supervise cabin crew drills on practical procedures and performance, organise non-scheduled line flight to check for professional standard and development of cabin personnel. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• This position requires a graduate with HND or good University degree, BSc/HND in any field, Valid NCAA Cabin Crew License
• Must have at least 5 years experience as an operating SCCM (Senior Cabin Crew Member).Must have completed the appropriate Cabin Crew courses.
• Must have adequate knowledge of the Cabin Crew Operations Manual. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com
• Must be a certified NCAA instructor Computer literate with good communications and effective time management skills. Should possess qualities of diplomacy, flexibility and innovation.
