Job Title: Lead Crew

Reports To: Purser
Function: Flight Operations
Sub Function: Customer Service
Location: Lagos

Purpose Statement:
To ensure passenger safety and comfort on board the aircraft and to provide same with the highest degree of service and customer care in line with the company’s brand, service and people values.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver excellent Customer Service in line with the Company approved Service flow.
• Supervise the Cabin Crew on board
• Knowledge of Service Etiquette encompassed within cabin service manual.
• Maintain outstanding personal behaviour at base and down route: “Ambassador of the aero Brand and Values”
• Attend and successfully complete pre-flight briefings chaired by Onboard Manager.
• Ensure flight safety regulations are carried out throughout the flight in accordance with SEP manual, NCAA and Jar-Ops procedures.
• Throughout employment, remain fully conversant with SEP procedures and successfully complete annual recurrent training. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• This position requires a graduate with HND or good University degree, NCAA approved Cabin Crew Licence.
• Must have at least one year customer service experience, and completed NYSC.
• The preferred candidate should be between the ages of 19 – 30 years, minimum height of 5’ 5” – max 6’ ft, with a good command of the English language while a good understanding of the French language is an asset. Our preference will be a candidate that is articulate and confident, able to do basic Maths (currency conversion etc), Computer literate with good communications and effective time management skills.
