Job Title: MS Technician
MS Technician ( Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance).

Functional Role
An MS Technician is typically working within the Front Office of a Network Operation Centre with monitoring and less complex corrective actions of customer network by following a set process and work instruction.

Service Technician,The Service Technician is normally associated to the following generic MS TOP process areas:

• SM&O Assurance

The main activities are the following:

• Execute Front office activities and routines according to schedules defined by SM&O Readiness

System Technician, The System Technician is normally associated to the following generic MS TOP process areas:

• RM&O Assurance

The main activities are the following:

• Execute Front office activities and routines according to schedules defined by RM&O Readiness
• (Service Management & Operations (SM&O), process areas.

Professional Skill Requirements

• Front Office / Surveillance 2G Front Office / Surveillance 3G

Specific Competence
Examples:

• AXE, APZ, GPRS, UMTS

• Network protocol: IP, ATM
• CSR, SMS tools
• SDH e PDH
