Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with guest and customer
• Respond to the needs of guests and visitors to the hotel
• Provide information either directly or over the telephone or e-rnail.
• Ensure consistent high customer care standards are employed at all times.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must be a female with excellent communication skills oral or written.
• must also be well acquainted with front office operation.
• She must be degree qualified in mass communication, sociology or English with 3 years cognate experience from a recognized hospitality outfit.
