Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule.
• Responsible for quality maintenance and timely production.
• Develop and maintain a motivated and disciplined production team.

• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices in the pharmaceutical sector
• Work closely with Quality Control Manager, Production Pharmacist Manager
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operation.

Other Key Requirements

• Related Pharmaceutical degree
• Minimum of 6 years Experience.
• Not more than 38 years
