Job Title: Business Development Manager - Energy Desk

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Responsibilities

• Evaluates electrical systems, products component and applications by designing and conducting research programmes, applying knowledge of electricity and materials with reference to solar energy
• Develop electrical products by studying customer requirements researching and testing manufacturing and assembly method and material
• Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
• Designing and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc)
• Organise and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers
• Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports
• Assess overall company performance against objectives.
• Assess product quality by designing electrical testing methods testing finished products and system capabilities with reference to solar energy
• Keeps equipments operational

Qualification / Experience

• B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Electronics, Physics. MBA will be a plus
• Proven experience as business manager in an energy organisation is a must
• Not less than 10 years cognate experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
