1.) Programme Manager

Requirements:

Proficiency in agricultural development, transport & logistics and general programme administration;
Excellent skills in proposal drafting & presentation;
Must be computer literate & with a minimum of 7years experience in a requisite position.

2.) IT Personnel

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 7years experience in General I.T. organizational operations;
Must be proficient in computer programming, web design & maintenance, software & hardware maintenance;
Must be between 26-33years old.

3.) Marketing Executive

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4years experience in the requisite field, working in a structured organization;
Must be a female, between 27-33years old.

4.) Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 8years’ working experience in the requisite field at Management level in a reputable organization;
Must be between 33-40 years old.

5.) Project Management Personnel

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 8years’ experience in Civil Construction Works, Project Supervision and implementation (including Project Design Management), agricultural development sites and textile industry;
Must be versatile and innovative.

6.) Drivers

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5years’ working experience in the requisite field;
Must be female.

7.) Security Guards

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4years’ working experience in the requisite fiel1.

8.) Office Secretary

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4years working experience in the requisite field.

9.) Educationists

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4years working experience with a background in Educational Management;
Must have a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Post Graduate Education (PGDE);
Must be computer literate.

10.) Marketing Manager

Requirements:

Must be a female;
Must have a minimum of 8years' working experience in a requisite field in a structured organization.
