TEXEM (These Executive Minds) - Our client, with Interests in Construction, Hospitality, Advisory and Legal Services, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment into the position below:

Job Title: Chief of Staff of CEO & Chair of Conglomerate

Location: Lagos

Roles

Planning and directing administration, operations and financials of the firm on behalf of the CEO
Acts as an adviser to the CEO and senior management team
Assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision making
Organises a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects/events as relates to the office of the CEO
Participate in regular meetings with multiple stakeholders
Programme management.
Takes up other responsibilities as directed by the CEO
Supervision & Coaching-Good sounding board for others - provide open & honest feedback
Administrative support
Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
Overseeing and managing highly prioritized projects

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of a Masters degree, PhD is a plus
Minimum of 12-15 years experience

Possess excellent commercial awareness and can think strategically.

Should be a renowned performer and have solid leadership skills
Should be strong willed, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast (based on stakeholder feedbacks)

Remuneration
Wages: N1,000,000 (Bonus of over N15,000,000)
