Job Title: Social Media & Sales Travel Expert

Location: Nigeria

Summary

• We are looking for a result-driven, confident and smart Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sale, B2B presentation with significant experience in generating and closing deals.
• This candidate should also be able to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Must be able to sell travel to Corporate Organizations, Groups & Institutional bodies.
• Demonstrate commitment to customers, provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on our available product features
• Provide advice customers on visa, passport and security requirements relating to the destination and confirm the issuing details for each reservation.
• Actively generate leads and is able to follow up with leads with no supervision
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales
• Set up and optimize company pages on social media to increase the visibility of company’s social content

Key Qualifications

• B.Sc/BEd Degree required.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, Skype & other office tools
• Must possess excellent vocabulary/communication skills as well as detail oriented.
• Confident, Unassuming, and Charming
