Job Title: Integrated Marketing and Communications Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Description/Purpose

• The focus is to hire talents with previous or current experience in International Education Student Counselling and Recruitment.
• Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will focus on developing the brand’s market presence, image, profit performance as well as breaking new grounds in the industry.
• He/She will be highly creative, constantly buzzing with ideas and strategies to put the company’s businesses in the forefront.
• This is an individual contributor role and will have high significance on commercial sourcing, deal progression and closure.
• The individual will also focus on market intelligence, market penetration, optimum service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• The successful candidate will assist management in establishing business strategies and the overall achievement of the company’s objectives.

Requirements

• The Ideal candidate will be a great extrovert; bold, one who is not easily swayed by occurrences or situations within his/ her environment.
• The Ideal candidate must be innovative, always buzzing with ideas.
• The ideal candidate must be one who does not go by the ‘regular’; one who thinks far and wide.

In addition, the ideal candidate must have the following:

• A good University Degree
• A foreign degree is an added advantage
• 2-3 years experience as a Brands Executive is an added advantage
• Outstanding Personality
• An eye for detail
• Excellent Communication skills
• Great written and spoken English
• Forward and Creative thinker
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• An effective multitasker who can attend to different duties at the same time
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Super social media presence with valuable proof on top social media platforms

Desirable:

• Demonstrable record of a previous successful brand E.g. School Work Project or Job Projects
