A major player in the manufacturing and sales of Pharmaceutical Products wishes to strengthen its team for the emerging opportunities and therefore wishes to recruit the following:

1.) Brand Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Sell, Market and Train the Sales Team
Prepare and Implement annual marketing plan for the products
Plan, organize and Monitor assignments, activities and projects in a timely manner to achieve required objectives.
Collect, Evaluate & Interpret Internal and External market information / data to assist the company department and in appraising the effectiveness of the Marketing Plan

Qualifications

Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
Must Possess strong people and Leadership Skills
Excellent organizational Skills
Good leadership skills
Ability to think out of the box
M.B.A is an added advantage

2.) Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures sales goals and profitability.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Responsible for the performance, coaching, reward and development of the sales team in your territory.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team.

Qualifications

Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
Must Possess strong people and Leadership Skills
Excellent organizational Skills
Good leadership skills
Ability to think out of the box
M.B.A is an added advantage.
