Job Tiiltle:  Gender and Equity Specialist

Location:   Abuja
Appointment Term: One year fixed term Contract

Responsibilities:

• The Gender and Equity Specialist will be responsible for leading ESSPIN's work on gender and equity and improving education outcomes for girls and other children currently excluded from school.

Qualifications

• Candidate should  have a masters level qualification in gender or social development.
• Have at least 5 years experience of working in Nigeria or the region on gender and women and girls empowerment, preferably within theeducation sector and at policy level.
• The Gender and Equity Specialist will be a strong team player and have excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
