Job Title: Machine Specialist

Location: Ilesa - Osun

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, Repair And Optimise Plant and Associate Devices (Artisan):

• Locate Plant, Equipment, Spares and Relevant Documentation/Systems
• Plan and Prepare the Job
• Carry Out Repairs / Maintenance
• Continuously Improve (Optimise) Plant, Process Equipment and Systems
• Operate Plant and Process Equipment

Provide Specialist Technical Support:

• Monitor Performance
• Optimised Use of Resources
• Resolve and Eliminate Problems

Optimise Team Performance:

• Develop Employees.

Maintain Safe, Healthy and Risk Free Working Environment (Operator/Artisan):

• Comply With Safe, Health and Environmental Procedures and Legislation
• Maintain Safety and Housekeeping Standards

Work In Teams:

• Contribute To Team and Self Development
• Communicate Effectively In the Workplace

Requirements
Qualifications and skills required:

• Applicant must have a minimum of HND in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Process Artisan or similar capacity preferably in a beer manufacturing environment or FMCG.
• Proficiency in RGB washer machine.
