Job Title: Office Assistant (Male)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• This role is a fantastic opportunity which has excellent career development potential. We welcome applications from graduates with a least 1 year’s commercial experience and also candidates with a background in business management and administration or HR.
• As the Office assistant you will need to be highly motivated by targets, with the understanding that the Talenture Group promise is to deliver an exceptional standard of care.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Business Centre Manager in the running of the Lagos office ( liaising with suppliers and vendors)
• Supporting the sales teams with admin and invoicing
• Achieving - if not exceeding – performance targets
• Ensuring all compliance targets are fully met
• Handle projects as they are assigned

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate with minimum of 2nd class lower in Social Sciences or Management Sciences
• PC and MS office conversant
• Articulate (Verbal / Written) and proactive.
• Candidates must reside in Lekki, Ajah, Yaba or Surulere
• Must be young and presentable
