We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Customer Relations Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Description

This position is for a professional and enthusiastic individual with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales and Customer Relations Officer is expected to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction, overseeing all aspects of our clients’ orders, making sure all orders are delivered on time.
You will be empowered to develop business relationships and opportunities from new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

Organize the showroom display and maintain its appearance at the highest level.
Attend to walking-in clients and answer any design, manufacturing and price related questions.
Follow up with clients once orders are placed and keep the client informed.
Coordinate between the factory and the clients to ensure orders are not behind schedule.
Visit potential clients’ projects, including residential and commercial, advising and developing furniture proposals.
Develop business relationships and opportunities from new and existing clients.
Prepare sales receipts and arrange furniture delivery.

Required Skills

Previous experience working in the furniture industry (in any capacity) a must.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs.
AutoCAD proficiency a major advantage.
In-depth understanding of architectural and interior design plans and drawings.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet our clients’ demands and tight delivery deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Great PR skills.
Strong attention to detail is essential as the company produces furniture and wood products with the highest manufacturing and finishing standards.
