Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc - As a result of our desire to support the efforts of the Federal and State governments in Nigeria on Job Creation and the initiative of the National Insurance Commission (NAlCOM) to create 250,000 new jobs in the Nigeria Insurance industry by 2020. We have decided to fully downscale Insurance Protection to 200 Communities, Towns and Cities in Nigeria within the next 3 years using the Franchise
Management Approach (FMA).

Mutual Benefits Assurance is recruiting for the following positions:

Office Location
For the 1st phase, 45 new offices have been opened in the following locations & cities in addition to the existing offices of Mutual Benefits bringing our branches nationwide to 70 and still growing.
  • Lagos Mainland: Sango Otta, Ikorodu, Ogba, Ikotun, Magodo, Ogudum, Opebi.
  • Lagos Island: Lekki, Sura Market, Dolphin.
  • Lagos Central: Gbagada, Alago - Meji, Festac Town, Surulere.
  • FCT: Garki, Kubwa, Wuse 2, Gwarimpa, Suleja.
  • Cross River: Calabar.
  • Akwa-Ibom: Uyo.
  • Oyo State: Ibadan (RR), Ibadan (IR), Bodija, Oyo Town, Ogbomosho.
  • Osun: Osogbo, Iwo, Ife.
  • Ogun State: Ijebu - Ode, Abeokuta, Sagamu.
  • Ondo: Akure.
  • Kwara State: Ilorin (U), Ilorin (A), Offa, Lafiaji, Omu-Aran.
  • Edo: Benin.
  • Benue: Oturpo.

The Vacancies
Consequent upon the above, the following vacancies are to be filled now:
  • 20,000 Trainee Risk Advisors Marketing, Customer Service, Underwriting and Risk survey jobs in assigned territories.
  • 60 Customer Service officers Internal and external Customer Relations
  • 2200 Unit,Team and District Managers Managerial jobs in assigned territories.
  • 55 Alliance & Retail Managers - Aggregators & Partner Agency Management.
  • 50 3rd Party Administrators Underwriting, Claims & Risk Survey Services.
  • 16 Regional Controllers Technical, Finance, Underwriting, Customer Service.
  • State Franchise Administrator Coordination of the Project in Home state.
  • General Manager Project Chief Operating Officer in assigned Region.
  • Executive Director National Chief Executive Officer of the Project.
  • Independent Network Provider Core Investor in Insurance Distribution on Unit, State and Regional basis.
1.) Trainee Risk Advisor - Senior, Principal, Certified

Requirements
  • Minimum of first degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
  • Must be 32 - 60 years of age.
Remuneration
N240, 000 - 840, 000 per annum plus productivity bonus.

2.) Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Requirements

  • Minimum of degree in mass communication, Secretarial Studies, insurance or the social science with

  • Must be 27-40 years of age.
Remuneration
N840,000 per annum.

3.) Trainee Unit / Team / District Managers

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1st & 2nd degrees in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience.
  • Must be 35-50 years of age.
Remuneration
N900,000 - N1.2m per annum plus productivity.

4.) Alliance and Retail Manger

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1st & 2nd degrees in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of work experience.
  • Track record of successful Marketing responsibilities in any industries.

N2.1m per annum plus productivity bonus and official car.

5.) Third Party Administrator

Requirements

  • Combined life & business underwriting, claims & reinsurance experience.
  • Retired at minimum of AGM position in the technical department of a reputable underwriting outfit.
  • Must be 40-65 years of age.
Remuneration
Agreed fee/Policy underwritten and delivered.

6.) Regional Controller - Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance Admin & IT

Location:
Lagos, Ibadan & Abuja

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1st & 2nd degrees in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of work experience.
  • Must be 35-50 years of age.
Remuneration
Attractive Salary with car, driver and productivity bonus.

7.) State Franchise Administrator (SFA)

Requirements

  • High networth individual with useful connections for big-ticket accounts.
  • Retired/Self employed. 40 - 65 years of age.
  • Readiness to coordinate the state activities on full time basis
Remuneration
Productivity Bonus and Commission.

8.) General Manager / Chief Operating Officer- (1) Lagos, (2) SW, SE, SS, (3) FCT, NC


Requirements
  • Minimum of 1st & 2nd Degrees in any finance related discipline.
  • 20 years experience in Insurance Marketing/Pension/Annuity.
  • Must be 35 - 55 years of age.
  • Professional qualification in Insurance.
  • At least 3 years International exposure in Insurance / pension matters.
Remuneration
Attractive Salary salary package, car and driver.

9.) National Franchise Administrator/Executive Director - (Lagos)

Requirements
  • Minimum of 25 years experience in Retail market Finance or Product
  • Must be 40-52 years of age
  • Minimum of 1st & 2nd Degree in any finance related subject
  • Professional qualification in Insurance
  • At least 3 years international exposure in Insurance/Pension matters.
10. Independent Network Provider (INP) / Partner Agent

Requirements

  • Potential core Investors in Insurance Distribution
  • Individuals/Corporate Bodies /Aggregators
  • Readiness to provide the Infrastructural, Managerial and Human Capital requirements
  • Mutual Benefits to provide Technical and Registration support
Remuneration
Facility Fee and Productivity Bonus.

Mode of Operation
Successful candidates are expected to:
  • Market a wide range of traditional, compulsory and 50 newly developed Insurance products to individuals, families, corporate outfits and government agencies along the Traditional, Microinsurance and Takaful concepts.
  • Report in the office only twice in a week by 9:00 am. (All Trainee Positions)
  • Work in offices nearest to their homes
