• Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering.
• Materials and Metallurgical Engineering.

C.) Faculty of Humanities/Social Sciences

• Demography & Social Statistics.
• Economics and Development Studies.
• English and Literary Studies.
• Psychology.
• Sociology.

D.) Faculty of Science

• Biotechnology.
• Computer Science.
• Geophysics (with Geology biased).
• Mathematics.
• Microbiology.
• Physics.

Minimum Requirements

• An eminent scholar with minimum of Ph.D. degree.
• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience as Reader/Associate Professor in a recognised University including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
• Computer literacy is an essential requirement.
• Twenty (20) Journal papers of which at least six (6) must be published offshore. OR
• Eighteen (18) Journal papers of which at least SIX must be published offshore plus four (4) referred proceedings.
• Contributions to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology- dedicated teaching learning process.

Remuneration
Professor - CONUASS 7 (N2, 485,099 - N3, 209,140 per annum)
