Tifor Business Solutions Limited Vacancies: General Manager, Operations and Project Manager

Tifor Business Solutions Limited - Our client is a leading Logistic Supply Chain Management Solutions provider operating in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Aviation sectors, with operations in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and Accra, Ghana. The company has core competences in the provision of comprehensive product handling services, which includes but not limited to creating customized logistics stock management as well as 3rd and 4th party logistics services.

We are in search of qualifies persons to occupy the following executive positions in the company:

1.) General Manager, Operations

The ideal candidates must be a very knowledgeable, efficient and highly driven individual, an experience Logistics professional providing leadership and mentoring for employees in the logistics organization, and having overall accountability for all activities at storage and aviation terminals.

Reporting to the Managing Director the candidate must have substantial experience in Logistics Operations and Management Aviation Terminal Operations, Maintenance and Health Safety & Environmental Compliance at Terminals.

Job Requirements

• Strong technical academic background - First degree in Engineering with any higher degree and relevant certifications.
• At least 10 years of practical experience in depot/oil terminal management or similar field or oil and gas. Relevant experience in the petrochemical and aviation sectors or an operational complex environment. Experience must include 5 year as a Manager of a sufficiently sized operation.

2.) Project Manager
The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in project Management in a technical organization and must have an understanding of Project Accounting and be able to effectively provide direction for project teams.

Job Requirement

• Strong technical academic background – first degree in Project Management or Engineering with a higher degree and/or relevant certifications in Project Management.
• 7-year work experience with at least 5 year of practical experience in managing projects in a sufficiently sized technical organization.
