Job Description:

• COMPANY representative to follow up CONTRACTOR preparation and execution of pipeline projects pre-commissioning
  and commissioning (PC&C) activities.
• Ensure that CONTRACTOR develop and execute PC&C in line with COMPANY rules, best principles and safe practices
• Manage on site COMPANY PC&C team.
• Manage witnessing of key PC&C tests, involve maximum future operations team in PC&C to achieve an operation readiness, ownership and proper competence skill level.

Responsibilities

• Develop in line with COMPANY rules PC&C: strategy, engineering road map, sequence, ICAPS, dossiers and planning.
• Define with Operations pipelines initial status and configuration prior "first gas-in" stage
• Review and validate during detailed engineering all CONTRACTOR PC&C documents, including relevant vendor documentation, to ensure conformity with project technical specifications and safety rules
• Approve and verify CONTRACTOR PC&C spare parts, special tools, consumables and vendor mobilization management during PC&C execution
• Participate in FAT's and follow up clearance of subsequent FAT punch lists by CONTRACTOR
• Responsible for follow up of CONTRACTOR compliance with PC&C procedures
• Validate punch list items and verify punch list clearance management by CONTRACTOR
• Ensure that CONTRACTOR have proper and adequate equipment preservation management on site during PC&C and that commissioning "Mark-up" activities are properly carried out
• COMPANY PC&C site interface focal point with future operators and Project
• Provide start-up and operations assistance as per requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum of Engineering degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Pipelines, Oil & Gas Plant construction, commissioning, start up and operation
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisory Level with good interpersonal skills
• Rigorous with good sense of organization, depict team leadership and flexible
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written), able to work in SIMOPS and tight schedule condit.
