Job Description
Amongst other duties, the Brewing Manager will;

• Manage Occupational Health, Safety, Risk And Environment
• Apply Strategic Knowledge Of The Brewing Plant And Process In The Department
• Lead And Manage Plant, Process, Systems And Service Requirements In The Department
• Lead The Systemic Brewing Performance Improvement In The Department
• Lead The Systemic Application Of Asset Management In The Department
• Lead The Quality And Integrated Management Systems In The Department
• Translate and Implement Brewing, Manufacturing and Business strategies
• Manage Financial Performance
• Manage Human Resources by developing employees; ensuring a healthy industrial climate; managing and applying people processes, managing own performance and that of direct reports etc.
• Communicate effectively in the workplace

Qualifications and Experience
The occupant of this position should possess:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering or the natural sciences (Ideally BSc Process or Mechanical Engineer, Biochemistry, Microbiology, with IBD Master Brewer).
• Minimum of 5 - 6 years’ experience in Brewing or related field at senior line management.
• Good Understanding of process control within a brewing/process environment
• Sound computer knowledge
