Job Title: Executive Director - Group Operations & Resources

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To implement Group development policies and provide highly professional guidelines and support services to assist the companies achieve set goals. required for optimal performance and results.
• To provide resourceful review of existing corporate policies, procedures and initiate relevant programs aimed at enhancing improved internal control, financial discipline and prudent management of Corporate resources to foster achievements of company vision & objectives.
• To also ensure excellent operational systems, processes practices and compliance with industry standards and statutory requirements on corporate establishments in Nigeria & best international standards & procedures.
  

Requirements

• The person needed, should have at least ten years cognate experience in similar group business management.
• Should be highly computer literate and with specialization in business operations, investments and financial management.
• Should also possess a level of gravitas to relate successfully with General Managers & CEOs of subsidiary companies and also with Project Financing Institutions, other corporate associates & executives .
