Job Title: Marketing/Sales Associate

Job Description
The individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of new network channels for the distribution of the NaijaBillionaire lottery game. Also, responsible for the setup and implementation of our marketing strategy in collaboration with an outside marketing company. Upon rollout position will transition to improvement opportunity assessment and channel expansion.
Job Responsibilities
Channel Setup & Development:
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely integration/rollout of channel partners.
Increase active master agent and retail agent network for a variety of channel partners (i.e.scratch card, POS, Mobile Money) to drive national presence of Naijabillionaire games
Development and documentation of internal and external processes necessary to support channel partners, and customer service
Support setup of customer service processes to support customers across a variety of channels
Develop programs to educate customers on new and existing Mobile Banking services
Marketing Strategy Support:
Collaborate with marketing consultant to develop appropriate marketing strategies
Collaborate with marketing consultant to rollout marketing strategies for launch and adapt strategies as needed
Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing channels for payment and game play.
Ongoing Channel Support and Expansion
Develop future strategies for channel expansion
Develop programs that will educate channel partners on new and existing NaijaBillionaire processes and games
Relationship management and channel partner satisfaction attainment.
Ensure that results achieved exceed targets set on the budget for each channel stream
Requirements
A Bachelors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Commerce or a related discipline is an added advantage
Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
At least 5 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years of experience in a financial institution or services industry and/or telecommunications industry
Ability to negotiate for business at C-level executives
Personal initiative and ability to work independently, focus on priorities, monitor and evaluate progress and to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication and good presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain networks
A high degree of integrity and the ability to deal with confidential information is required
Excellent relationship management, strong verbal and written communication
Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
Good planning and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
