Our client, as part of the initiatives to achieve improving its service quality and re-positioning in the industry seeks to recruit focused, energetic, results-oriented and suitably qualified professionals to fill the following positions in its composite insurance subsidiary:

The Role
Reporting to the Board ofthe insurance company, the successful candidate will serve as the principal strategy and business development executive of the company. He/she will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing short, medium and lo'ng-term strategies that will ensure the continued growth and profitability of the company in line with the vision and mission of the Group.
Specifically, the candidate will:

Champion the development of the company's corporate strategy, lead a facilitate management team strategic thinking, identify the company's strategic imperatives for growth, facilitate the development of new policy initiatives and provide strategic guidance and oversight to the departmental heads.
Conduct affairs and activities of the composite company within the framework set by the group's corporate mission, strategic plan and policies.
Drive the development of annual operating plans inclUding business plans, operational requirements, staffing and budgets to ensure business continuity.
Plan and lead the execution of market penetrating strategies aimed at attracting new business from the target sectors of the economy in line with the company's strateoic policies.
plan and the execution of customer satisfaction and retention strategies to ensure that the company is the insurer of choice to its clients.
Provide leadership to employees and motivate them for peak performance and personal growth.
Develop and direct the implementatio'n of the company's strategic investment plans and programmes; coordinate the positioning of the company for sustainable competitive advantcge.
Take full responsibility and ownmship of the company's P&L and growth, initiatives, as well as provide periodic updates to the Board on the company's financial performance.
Co-ordinate the business development initiatives of the company for sustainable growth and development.
Serve as a key brand icon for the company, creating a niche for it in the insurance sector and consistently reinforcing and promoting the corporate brand value and identity.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

A good first degree in any field of study from a reputable tertiary institution. An MBA or any other higher degree will be an added advantage
Professional qualification(s) in Insurance (e,g. ACIIj is essential
Minimum of fifteen (15) years' post-qualification experience, including five (5) years' experience in the insurance industry and at least five (5) yeafs' experience at executive management level
Excellent relationship management and strategic networking skills at the highest level in the private and public sectors
Strong understanding of the application of Risk management in the context of insurance businesses
Sound knowledge of regional and global trends in the insurance industry as well as an understanding of the key macroeconomic drivers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership, negotiation, marketing, planning and organization skills

RAGHUVAMSI IRON ORE PELLETZATION TECHNOLOGIES (GREEN FIELD PROJECT) SEEKING FOR INVESTORS GOOD MORNING, I am I.V. SUBBA RAO, I have developed advanced new technology, and it is named as iron ore pellitization. Still it is not introduced in India for small medium and major sponge iron manufacturing industries. We are planning to set up 50 T.P.D Commercial production plant, its cost is 24 Cores, but we are not financially sound enough. We have applied for patent rights on JULY 2008, regarding this technology so many domestic and other countries small scale sponge iron manufactures are contacting through mails and through phones. Lot of customers is interesting to utilize this technology, while before that they want to see the operation plant. That�s why I would like to set up 50 TPD plants i.e., both ways it is like to pellet plant as well as commercial production plant. If any one help for us financial loan of Rs 24. 0 Cores (Indian currency). I will set up the plant as early as possible (6.0 to 9.0months). After starting the commercial production we will start clearing ours loan immediately, other wise if want SPONGE IRON/ DRI PELLETS material we will supply the material (just like franchise system.) Now a days iron ore fines using is burning problem of India and aboard for sponge iron and steel manufactures. This is unique technology; I have received so many mails with in short time in India and other countries also. Through this technology small, medium and major sponge iron manufacturing industries in INDIA and other COUNTRIES can use this iron ore power easily. Because of this technology sponge iron and steel manufactures can get lot of benefits, and this is low investment process technology the Indian Sponge Iron /DRI Economic growth turn over gone up to 50,000 Cores per annum. if Govt are any financial intuitions support me financially, I will introduce this technology shortly. SUB:-IRON ORE PELLETZATION TECHNOLOGIES SEEKING FOR FUNDS

GOOD MORNING, I am I.V. SUBBA RAO, from AP. Have developed advanced iron ore fines converted to DRI (sponge iron) technology which is not available in India as well as other countries also. It is name as IRON ORE PELLETZATION TECHNOLOGY.
Through this technology small, medium and major sponge iron manufacturing industries (Karnataka, Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh) can use this iron ore power easily. Because of this technology sponge iron and steel manufactures can get lot of profits.
We are planning to Commercialized this technology, its cost is around 27 .0 Crores, but we are not financially sound enough. We have filed for patent rights in JULY 2008, so many domestic and other countries sponge iron manufacturers are waiting for this type of technology. So many small and medium sponge iron manufactures was after this technology, Lot of customers are interesting to utilize our technology, while before that they want to see the operation plant.
Through This technology fines can utilized properly, because of this sponge iron production may increase up to 5.0 LACKS of CRORES per ANUM,
If anyone helps me financially loan or credit type funding support of 27.0 cores, I will set up Commercialized pallet plant as early as possible.
Now a day’s iron ore fines utilization is burning problem for Indian (other countries) sponge iron manufacturers, and GOVT of India has already banned (IRON ORE) exports, day by day iron ore fines generation going up. Pebbles (lumps) not available as per requiring, this is unique technology;
I need financial assistance from GOVT of Rs 27.0 cores, I will establish this technology.
