Efficacy Homes Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company in August 2008 to carryout professional and corporate business in Real Estate, Building Construction and Project management. It has her office at idowu taylor, Victoria Island. Lagos.

Since inception, Efficacy homes limited has engaged competent professionals in developing Estates and building homes. Estates under development include Peak Park, lekki; Plannet ville, lekki; Sterling Park, Abuja and friend’s colony. Our clients range from corporate organizations to numerous individuals.

Efficacy Homes is recruting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Builder

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
• Challenging structural building in terms of proposed solutions i:e construction cost, technical requirements, sustainability, suitability
• Delivering assigned tasks for the company design & infrastructure development projects
• Preparation of drawings, reports and specifications
• Ensuring compliance with all projects quality procedures and requirements
• Sustaining client relationships and developing new business
• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND degree in Building/ Construction management
• Minimum of 1 year progressive cognate experience
• Excellent Communication, Writing and Reporting Skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Creative, Target Driven with excellent organizational skills
• Level headed diplomatic approach to working with others.
• Designing and developing projects and programme of maintenance work
