Piston and Fusion Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the vacant position:

Job Title: Client service support/Facilitator

Location: Lagos
Department: Client Services

Job description:

The position of client service support consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Work hours:
  • Forty (40) hours of work per week (Extra hours required when necessary)
Responsibilities:
  • Collate and respond to all enquiries from emails, phone calls and walk-in clients.
  • Assist and resolve all prospects and clients request, issues, challenges for all P&F products.
  • Develop, update and constantly improve the FAQ database for all P&F products.
  • Design and implement feedback mechanism for all P&F product and services.
  • Source prospects for all product and service lines via referrals from P&F existing clientele.
  • Close sales for prospects sourced via referrals.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Copied: www.hotnigerianjobs.com

Requirement:
  • Female
  • Not more than 28 years old.
  • University/Polytechnic graduate with any discipline.
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC scheme.
  • Ability to use the Microsoft office Package [word, excel, power point presentation]
