We are currently looking for a Senior Operation & Maintenance Manager for a project in Nigeria (operation of maintenance of a Power Station).

Job Title: Senior Operation and Maintenance Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description:
Tasks:

The o&M Manager is accountable for the operation support, maintenance and administration activities at the Power Station and implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems that meets local as well as the client's requirements.
The o&M Manager is responsible for achieving targets derived from contractual, technical and commercial obligations and forming and maintaining a competent team that achieves the highest standards of performance.
The knowledge of the type of Power Station concerned and the turbine GT13E2 is mandatory.

Profile:

At least two years' experience in line management
At least seven years' experience in maintenance of Power Stations or large continuous process plants, of which some years may be in commissioning.
A previous experience with turbine GT13E2 is needed.
Good management skills combining task and people orientation with the ability to reach satisfactorily negotiated solutions.
Good leadership skills proven in a multicultural environment.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
