GOD WILL SURELY BLESS YOU FOR CREATING MORE JOBS FOR NIGERIANS. BUT WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHOSE AGE ALREADY PASS THIRTY PROBABLY FORTY,THEY DO NOT HAVE PLACE IN YOUR ORGANIZATION EVEN WITH MASTERS DEGREE IN RELEVANT FIELDS.

A good job especially the emphasis on locals. They should also grow economically while having a sense of belonging as Africans of those locations. I am sure as they grow older in the system anywhere in Africa is Africa.

i think the employment opportunities should be widened to cover other graduates without NYSC but who meet other reqirements so as to increase the chances of getting ideal candidates
