Chevron Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Horizons Coach

Job Reference No.: 2013-DC-14
Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Support young horizon engineers to acquire competencies in drilling, completion engineering and well execution.
• Manage D&C training metric and report to Global D&C upstream as require.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

Required Skills:

• Wide experience in both drilling engineering and well execution. Good mentoring skills, Analytical and problem solving skills

Experience

• Minimum of Fifteen (15) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) drilling engineering and well execution.

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge of well operations, testing, optimization and troubleshooting
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills
