At this point i think i would have to request companies to avoid recruitment processes throuh all these recruiting agencies. The companies Human Resources ought to be up and doing in the issues regarding employment, that is the more they are there. Some merited applicants are out there in the street seriously in search of job. The problem being that the means of disseminating job information are just fake. If the HR department of all companies will take it upon themselve to pull the bull by the horn, am very certain they will recruit the best that will challenge the lapses some companies have. Again i put it to the HR Managers to take their time in going through every CV in-between lines to see who worth to be taken.

Guys be wary of these guys.i see no reason why a recruiting agency that is recruiting for a telecommunication "giant" should be requesting for charges....the real ones like dragnet don't request for charges...be careful
