The Protocol Officer will establish/maintain cordial relationship with appropriate government agencies and stakeholders.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Protocol Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Collate information and manage arrival and departure schedules of company's guests. Ensure prompt pick-up and drop off at the airport for guests.
• Provide airport assistance for all guests and manage hotel reservations as required.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with the various Government agencies at international/domestic airports in order to facilitate effective and timely discharge of responsibilities.
• Ensure local transportation is provided to guests when required.
• Collate requests for visa or permits and process payments to Nigeria Immigration Service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences and any other related field.
• Relevant post graduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in handling of travels and protocol activities for Nigerians and expatriates.
