Job Title: Office Manager (m/f)


Location: Lagos

Role & Responsibility:
  • Managing executive-level administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and assisting with expense reporting
  • To assist in creating and editing reports and presentation materials
  • Development of meeting agendas, presentation and other meeting-related activities
  • Coordinating intra- and inter- company conference calls
  • Accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts and time recording
  • Assisting the Managing Director in preparation of appropriate financial reporting packages
  • Preparation of the payroll accounting
  • To complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
  • International correspondence and translation duties
  • Comply with all relevant company and statutory health and safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Professional experience as assistant, supporting senior level staff
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing large complex meetings and conferences
  • Experience with financial accounting and reporting
  • Well organized, pro-active, flexible, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Business-fluent spoken and written English and Indonesian
  • German would be an advantage but not a precondition
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
