Africana Food Aid Foundation (AFAF) is a non governmental organization set up with an objective of motivation the youth to accept and appreciate farming and food production as a commercial venture, thereby taking up farming as a life time vocation. AFAF also provide productive alternative for the engagement of the youth and women to reduce crime and other social vices.
The development must include the youth and women and therefore the Federal Ministry of Agriculture via the federal government transformation agenda seeks to encourage youth participation in the agricultural sector. This effort seeks to change the negative perception the youth and women have in agriculture that farmers are uneducated, unskilled, physical labourers with extremely low economic return. Modern agriculture is more than tilling the soil and animals. The sector today offers career opportunities in research, environment, financial management, engineering and other technical areas for the youth and women to explore.

My dear brother this is no scam or any scam related activity. I understand the pain of unemployment because am a young heart like the majority of the unemployed out there. The recruitment process is supposed to be done in house. I only used my discretion posting the job advert through authorization from the national secretary of the project and please be informed that nobody is to pay any sort of money to anybody in disguise of a staff of the job advertiser. I tried to avoid scammers that's the basic reason why I said applications should be submitted in person because I can feel the pain of the unemployed youth out there.

It is a good project which can go a long way in restructuring our agriculture, as well as,employment opportunity for the youths. There should be a way of making submission of CV easier, maybe by email to say the least or at an approved office in the various states mentioned. There are a lot of willing applicants in the states listed, but may not be able to make it to Lagos due to financial constraints or other reasons.
