Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Description
To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Administrative Officer as required.
Responsibilities:
Fleet Management - Ensure a safe and efficient operation of the PHI fleet, maintain adequate vehicles logs to determine mileage, vehicle history and maintenance requirements of each vehicle.
Procurement Tasks - ensure that tender and contract documentation is compliant with all procurement legislation; ensure selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice.
Administrative Tasks – Rsponsible for general administrative functions including supporting the Program Managers in operational program execution.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A university degree in Humanities with at least 2 years working experience in a similar organization
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with people
- Able to multi task and work under pressure
- Highly organized with strong communication and relational skills
