Lafarge Cement (WAPCO) Nigeria is a multinational and leading player in the building materials industry. We are looking for experienced, intelligent and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Estate Supervisor

Objective
To ensure that facilities fittings and Installations of the Company's residential estates are properly maintained.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate maintenance of all buildings and fittings.
• Ensure compliance with the approved budget for the Estates by reducing wastage and cost.
• Supervise and manage thoroughly the general cleaning of the Estates.
• Organize and implement maintenance programme and utilization of the tractors lawn mowers and other grass cutting machines in the Estates.
• Ensure that all the guest houses are always clean and are in good habitable condition.
• Supervise the activities of service providers at the estate Shop, Club House and for stewards in all the guest houses.
• Monitor the job requests form of all houses in the Estate and process for necessary actions. a Adequate follow-up on items needed for repairs in the Estates.
• Keep inventories of all company'S property In the estate.

Candidates' Profile

• Technical BSc. or HND degree in Facility Management or related discipline with Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Good knowledge of social regulations and principles
• Proficient in computer usage (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
• Good aptitude for record keeping
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• Commitment to the highest standards of safe work habits.
• Good Interpersonal relationship.
• Active listening skills.
