Ithank God for this moment. My challenge is that I succeeded in filling the form and klicked on submit but there was no indication that it has be submitted and the network failed and every thing went off and a new page with another IP Address appeared. What should I do?

@adelakan..as long as u clicked submitted jst go back to check ur mail immediately,if the form was submitted u shld get an instant mail reply containing ur applicant ID.That was how i got mine.
@henry...i believe the required qualification is self-explanatory,if Hnd cld apply it cld have been stated there.
@eberechukwu...keep trying or better still try again at night when the network will be less congested.
