first class other high class is not the only way to select the best applicant, there are many gradutes with third class division and with more job quality than graduates with first class and other high class division.even the class you have also depends on the challenges you face during the school period.

You all are so funny discriminating each other on d grades u made, yea its not easy making 1:1 or 2:1 and its also not easy making 2:2 too. The 1:1 and 2:1 was not by ur effort alone u knw, even d 2:2 too, its all d grace of God. If it were all easy to attain and by ur efforts then u shld all be working isn't it?
Its not fair that companies put dis grades to keep pple without 1:1 and 2:1 cos I hv seen lots ot them that can't even defend d result. All d same is d bad leadership and economy of our country that has led us to dis situation.
Its also God that can change evry1's story, we shldnt be insulting each other cos of frustration bt instead praying to God to remember u and do something in your lives.
The ONDs and HNDs, u call jst apply after all u won't be loosing anything if u do. God can do d impossible if u jst believe, hv seen it happen. Wish u all the best

I made second class, lower division in Geology, School in Federal University of Technology Owerri. But can u ever compare me wit a first class or second class holder upper division from any of dis intitution, ABSU, IMSU, LASU, ESUTH, MADONNA, NAU. KSU, ETC ? .I admit and agree dat Most of the recent Human resources manager in nigeria today are not learned and confused. Remember, not all dat glitters is Gold.

the site is slow cos the number of people accessing it simultaneously exceeds the bandwidth limit. just give it time. if you feel your 2.2 is shutting you out of opportunities, upgrade to an MSc..

D site is slow bcos many pple are on it at once, by midnight wen everyone is asleep it opens easily, all dis 2.1 22 each jst keep shut, every comp has right to do wat it likes, d main reason dey say 2.1 is numbers, if u say 2.2 100000 can apply for 50 positions( they dnt hv time), by savin 2.1 about 30000 can apply nd it makes der job faster, blame ur parents for giving birth indiscriminately nd d govt for favourin importation instead of industrilaisation hahahahaha
