Why the submission of hard copies after submitting the soft copy in this computer age? It will be too expensive for pple seeking employment. Where will they get the money? You need to re-train or upgrade your staffs to be able to handle e-messages or e-application.

Most of the applications will end up in the trash bins. What has the institution been doing with applications submitted by applicants who responded to their previous advertisement? By the way, is it that the staff turnover rate at OAU is now very high that the institution now advertises vacancies for academic and non-academic staff several times in a year?

Why these vacancies advertisement again? What happened to the earlier applications submitted in respect of the above-named vacancies? I know how much it cost me to submit those documents. I spent about 5K and nothing has been said till now, which I know I am qualified for the position. There is no point coming here to deceive us in the of employment. Any way, you guys can apply. God will help us!!!
